Carbon Credits

Bisedge Holdings hereby gives notice that it may develop, register, and retire carbon credits in respect of its fleets of material handling equipment operating in Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania under one or more programmes administered by Verra, including the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS). This notice is published in accordance with Verra's programme requirements regarding public disclosure of project activities. The existence of this notice does not guarantee the issuance of any carbon credits, and any credits issued remain subject to Verra's validation, verification, and registration processes.
