Introducing the Trainee Technician Program

Today, we kicked off our inaugural Trainee Technician Program!

This program is a major step forward in strengthening our technical capabilities and supporting our growing fleet of forklifts. Even more exciting, this cohort represents our commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce, with 13% female representation—a great step towards increasing women hires.

Over the next two weeks, our selected engineering candidates will undergo intensive theoretical and hands-on training, guided by experienced industry technicians. This comprehensive program is designed to equip them with the skills and expertise needed to excel in their roles.
