Wijnand IJzermans

Wijnand Ijzermans is Country Head, South Africa for Bisedge, based in Johannesburg. He began his career in the Netherlands, progressing through trainee and analyst roles at MTBS (Maritime & Transport Business Solutions), an international advisory firm specialising in the port and maritime sector, before relocating to Nigeria where he served as a consultant and later took on senior commercial and business development roles at Nigerdock in Lagos.

Prior to joining Bisedge, he also served as a Transaction Advisor supporting Nigerdock's CEO on strategic collaboration initiatives. This combination of technical grounding, financial acumen and deep African market experience positions Wijnand well to lead Bisedge's growth in South Africa.
